Keep the commission each builder pays
The rate agreed with each builder, per project, with its dates; import it from Excel, download it as Excel or PDF. The whole team reads it unless you hide it in Settings.
Who it is for

Where to find it
- Brokerage dashboard: Listings › Builders › Commissions
How to do it
Open Builders and the builder, then the Commissions tab.
Press Add commission and choose what it applies to: the builder's standard rate, or One project (pick one of your listings or type the project's name). Write 5% or $50,000, and the dates it holds. A project's rate is used for that project in place of the standard rate.
Many at once: press Import from Excel and choose an .xlsx or CSV with the columns Builder, Project, Commission, From, Until and Notes (Download an empty template is there). Each row says whether it will be added, is already kept, or needs fixing; press Add to keep them.
Every builder's commissions are on one page: Builders, then Commissions (under Builders in the menu). Narrow it by builder, standard or project rates, current, not started or ended, or a search, and Download Excel gives what is shown in one sheet. The rate that applies shows on each listing's Details page.
Agents see them too; to keep them to owners and admins, untick Agents can see builder commissions in Settings.
Or ask Claude
“What commission do we get from Meridian Homes on Harbor View?”
With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
