Who to call at each builder
Each builder's contacts in call order, ready to call, text or email, with its agent portal and availability.

Where to find it
- Brokerage dashboard: Listings › Builders
How to do it
Open Builders and search or scroll to the builder.
Open it: the contacts are in call order, with Text, Call and Email.
Owners and admins add or edit contacts there; Download Excel shares the list.
A contact's Role is picked from a shared list; owners and admins can add the brokerage's own with + New role, and delete them under Your brokerage's roles.
The list is only the builders your brokerage has added. When you add one, the name box suggests one name per builder (Meridian Homes, not its registered companies) and fills in its website when Lead Brunch knows it; keep or change them. Your contacts and notes are never shared.
Added twice or misspelled? Owners and admins open the builder and press Delete, choosing where its contacts go. A builder still named on a listing cannot be deleted until the listing's builder is changed.
Or ask Claude
“Who do I call at Meridian Homes?”
With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Builders and projects
- The builder's WhatsApp groupsKeep the WhatsApp groups your team has with each builder, so anyone can join them in one tap.
- A builder's sales offices, and their people's photosKeep where each builder's sales centers are, which office each person works from, and a photo of each person.
- A builder's HOA fee, and price per sqftKeep a builder's HOA fee once, and every listing of theirs that states none uses it. Price per sqft is worked out for you.
- Builders sold through a marketing brokerageSome builders sell only through another company, such as an exclusive sales and marketing brokerage. Mark them, and their listings show that company's people.
- The builder's availability sheetWhich units are still free, as the builder shares it: a link or a PDF, seen only by your team.
- Pre-construction mortgageMark a pre-construction listing as having a pre-construction mortgage (a bank lends before completion), and, at a brokerage, which builders offer one with their offer as a PDF or picture.
