Embed and API
Your listings on the website you already have, always current.
Most brokerages already have a website, and its listings page is out of date the day it goes up. Lead Brunch puts your live listings on it with one pasted snippet, or hands your web developer a documented API, so the site shows what the team publishes, the moment it is published.

When a listing changes
Publish, edit or take a listing down in Lead Brunch and your website follows. Only published public listings are ever shown.
A property listings widget for your website
Choose the layout and the accent color, watch the live preview, and copy one snippet. It draws your brokerage's live listings on any page of your existing site, styled apart from the rest of the page so neither breaks the other.
- Grid or list, in your accent color, previewed before you copy
- No key to create and nothing to fill in
- Shows each listing's contact name and photo, never a phone number
- Each listing opens its full page on your Lead Brunch website

A documented real estate listings API
For a web developer building your site, the read-only API returns your published listings as JSON. The documentation page covers the keys, every endpoint, filter and field, paging and syncing, errors and limits.
- Filter by property type, ready or pre-construction, status, builder, location, size and words
- One listing in full, with its unit types and their prices
- Builders and locations with their counts, for building filter menus
- Paging with total pages, and updated since for keeping a copy in sync
- An OpenAPI file for the tools your web developer already uses

Keys that only work where you say
A website key works only from the sites you list; a server key is refused if a browser sends it. Only a fingerprint of each key is stored, so a key is shown once, when you make it.
- Choose what a key can see: every listing, some agents' listings or chosen listings
- Agents' details included or left out, per key
- Usage per day for every key, and limits per minute
- Private and unlisted listings, and exact map locations, are never returned

One listing anywhere, on any plan
Every published listing can be embedded on its own from its page: Share, then Embed on your website. A card with the photo, title and price, in light or dark, that opens the listing when pressed.
- Paste the code into any website or blog post
- Fills whatever size you give it
- Never carries a client's private tracked link
How to start
Three steps, and it is yours.
Open Embed and API
Listings, then Embed & API, in the agency dashboard.
Pick the widget or a key
Set the widget's layout and color, or make a website or server key for your web developer.
Paste it into your site
Copy the snippet or a code sample. Your site shows your live listings from then on.
Or say it to Claude
- “Which of our live listings are public, so they show on our website?”
- “Make Harbor View unlisted so it comes off our website”
Do I need a web developer to put our listings on our website?
No. The listings widget is one snippet with nothing to fill in: choose the layout and color, copy it and paste it into a page of your site. The API is there for when a web developer wants to build the listings into the site themselves.
Which listings does the embed and the API show?
Only published listings that are public. Drafts, listings waiting for approval, the sample listing, and unlisted or private listings are never shown, and a listing taken down disappears from your website with it.
Does the API return phone numbers and exact locations?
Exact map coordinates are never returned. The keyless widget shows each listing's contact name and photo but never a phone number. With a key, you choose per key whether agents' details are included.
Is the API read-only?
Yes. The listings API reads your published listings, builders and locations; it cannot create, change or delete anything. Listings are still added and edited in Lead Brunch, by the team or through Claude.
What are the rate limits?
A website key allows 120 requests a minute and a server key 600. The keyless widget is limited per visitor's address and per brokerage, which is far more than a website's visitors need.
Can an independent realtor use the API?
The listings widget and the API are part of the agency plan. Any realtor can still embed a single published listing on a website from that listing's Share menu.
