Keep your brokerage partners

The brokerages your projects went to, ranked by what they sell, with each one's agreement, the commission per project, their invoices and your payments.

Where to find it

  • Builder console: Brokers

How to do it

  1. Open Brokers. Every brokerage or agent that has one of your projects is a partner, ranked by signed sales, then reservations.

  2. Press a partner to record their agreement: agreement number, the brokerage license number, business license and expiry. Suspend one and they cannot submit reservations or hold units on your projects until you make them active again; their owners and admins are told.

  3. Under Commission, set each project's standard commission (a percentage of the price or a fixed amount, due when the booking form or the purchase agreement is signed), and a partner's own rate where it differs. A sale keeps the rate it started with.

  4. Each partner sale gets a commission line that falls due at the step you chose. Partners raise their invoice from Lead Brunch; open it as a PDF, and mark it paid with your transfer reference once the money has gone out.

  5. Under Registrations, set a protection window in days. A partner can then register a buyer with you, and a reservation for the same buyer from another brokerage is flagged with who registered them first.

Or ask Claude

“Set 5% commission on Harbor View Tower 3, due when the purchase agreement is signed”

With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
