- Update a listing at a brokeragePrices, units, deposit schedules, status, photos, documents and availability; the brokerage keeps the title and location.
- Your company profileLogo, description, facts and PDFs, offered to every brokerage you work with; each decides what it shows.
- Send a project to brokeragesWrite a project once and send it to the brokerages you work with, or to any agent by email. It lands in their listings as a draft under their own name.
- Keep a project's units, holds and pricesEvery unit of a project on one floor-by-floor grid: what is available, held, reserved, booked, purchase agreement signed or sold. Partner brokerages see it live on their own listing.
- Issue booking forms and purchase agreementsYour own lawyer-approved booking form and purchase agreement, filled in for each buyer and unit, kept as issued with their signed copies, and the registration tracked against its deadline.
- Keep your brokerage partnersThe brokerages your projects went to, ranked by what they sell, with each one's agreement, the commission per project, their invoices and your payments.
