Update a listing at a brokerage
Prices, units, deposit schedules, status, photos, documents and availability; the brokerage keeps the title and location.
Who it is for
BuildersBuilder
Where to find it
- Builder console: Listings › Edit
How to do it
Open Listings; if you work with several brokerages, pick one in the brokerage dropdown.
Press Edit on a listing, change what you need and save.
A change to a live listing may wait for the brokerage to approve it; you get a notification with the decision.
Or ask Claude
“Change the price of Harbor View Tower 2 to 1.7M”
With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
