Write a builder's or an area's profile, PDFs and links once; they show on every listing from them.

How to do it
Open Content, then Builders or Locations, and press Edit on one.
Fill in what clients should see, and the notes only the team sees.
A builder's own suggestions show under each field; press Use to take one.
