Ask a manager what to recommend to a client

Send your managers a short brief; they send back the listings to show and why.

Who it is for

Brokerage planBrokerage ownerBrokerage adminBrokerage agent

Where to find it

  • Brokerage dashboard: Clients › Advice

How to do it

  1. Press Request advice on a client's page (their brief is filled in) or on Clients, Advice.

  2. Agent comes first: it is you. A manager can pick another agent instead, and the request becomes theirs (they are told, and the answer goes to them). Then pick the client, or type a name if they are not in Lead Brunch yet.

  3. Choose the budget, how they pay, when, ready or pre-construction, the goal, the property types (office and retail included), bedrooms and areas from the lists, and write what you would like to know. Send to the managers.

  4. Your managers are told. Until one answers, press Edit the brief on the request to change anything; the manager on it is told. When one answers you get a notification, and it is in your 8:30 am morning email: open it to see the recommendation and the listings.

  5. Download the comparison report (with each listing's feasibility and holding periods), or make a collection for the client and send it. Mark it done when you have.

  6. Owners and admins are managers unless unticked; an owner or admin can make anyone a manager on their Access & role tab.

Or ask Claude

“Ask a manager what to recommend to Mike Carter: investor, budget 1.5M, mortgage”

With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
