A builder sent you a project, or an update
Builders can send their projects straight into your listings as drafts, and tell you when the price, units or deposit schedule change.

How to do it
A project sent to you arrives in Listings as a draft, marked Copied from the builder. Check it, confirm you may market it and publish it like any listing.
When the builder changes the price, units, deposit schedule, completion, photos or documents, you get a notification and the listing shows An update from the builder.
Press Apply update to take their new figures; your title, description and everything else you wrote stay as they are. Or press Keep mine; a later update is offered again.
At a brokerage, an agent's update to a live listing goes to an owner or admin to approve, as any change would.
Or ask Claude
“Apply the builder's update to Harbor View”
With the Lead Brunch connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
